John Phelan set up BootStrap Films as an independent Production Company in January 2004, after 20 years working in the film and television industry, nationally and internationally.

With a background in Accountancy and Law, John Phelan has raised over €30 Million for International projects shooting in Ireland, under the Tax Incentive Scheme for filming in Ireland. He is in a position to raise additional funding through other international sources.
